Install prerequisites

Download installer from tortoisesvn.net

Run installer, don't forget to install command line client tools

CMake

Download installer from cmake.org

Run installer

VisualStudio

Download VisualStudio Community installer from visualstudio.com

Run installer

Make sure to install the C++ compiler

Qt

Download the open source installer from www.qt.io

Run installer

Register with BCI2000 Project
