P300speller online setup

Hi,
I am providing an online setup for P300 speller and I record the EEG signal with g.tech amplifier and I have desighned P300 speller with 6 rows and 6 columns that flash in random sequences and after that when 15 trials have been finished I want to transfer and save the data to the workspace or some address files and then make preprocessing on that signal and then classify the signal and then make a dicision and make a feedback to the subject and typee the correct data.
I wanted to save data in somewhere and then make a pause to the speller and then load the data and process it. Infact I have a mixed up online and offline analysis.
when I record the data and I want to save in workspace or sum directories it doesn't work and it says that the simulation running should be finished but I don't want to finish because I want to type different characters.
In the other hand as I want to average the different data windows I can't do it with simulink and I should do it with m.file of Matlab.
In total I can't match simulink of matlab with m.file and I have not used BCI2000 software yet.
Does anybody have any experience for online P300 speller setup for typing different characters to help me?
