My lab is interested in combining two signal sources, one from an EEG biosemi, and one from an functional near-infrared spectroscopy tool. I would like to know whether I can combine two signal sources, and if I can, how.

BCI2000 does not allow multiple signal sources directly. However, you could utilize spare EEG channels to record additional analog signals if your NIRS equipment provides analog output, or if using a D/A converter is an option.

Alternatively, you might record NIRS signals the same way as you would record the position of a joystick. For more details, please see
