The Use about P3speller

Hello,

I am very confused about the P3speller those days.When I start the P3speller,there will be a line of word"SPELLING IN THE RAIN()" and a letter of it bellow the line on the top of the select window.Is that mean this is a training in order to get the train data?If that is ture,how can I select certain letters with it?
Who can give me introduction about it,
