HI everyone, my name is Eliana, i´m from Colombia- South America. We are developing a BCI Lab (is our final work of the career), and we made an EEG, and it works perfect with the BCI2000. But we want to make an algorithm based LDA, SWLDA. We are trying to understand the P300GUI, specially the SWLDA regression. But we have many dudes . So, if is possible, Can you tell us where we can get more information about SWLDA?

I suggest you simply type stepwise linear discriminant analysis in Google. There are many good articles that discuss how this algorithm works. Also, there are existing functions that provide such functionality, e.g., stepwisefit in Matlab, so you many not need to implement this yourself.
