What matlab toolboxes are needed for BCI 2000, besides statistics and signal processing? Thank you.

BCI2000 does not require Matlab. The Matlab tool OfflineAnalysis for offline processing of BCI2000 data files only requires Signal Processing and Statistics. I believe the other provided Matlab tools also only require these two.
