BCI2000 with EGI Net Station NA400

Dear all,

as soon as I launch the batch file for running a CursorTask with EEG (only, for the moment) signals coming from an EGI Net Station NA400, the following error pops up: "DataIOFilter::Resting: AmpServerProADC::Process: Lost connection to AmpServerPro." and EGI signal acquisition is also stopped.
What can I check for resolving this problem?
