Can not connect to COM port.

So we routinely use the gMobiLabplus and its bluetooth with simulink and gRecorder, but it's not working with BCI2000. It states COM10 for outgoing and COM20 for incoming in the bluetooth properties. We set it in StimulusPresentaion_gMOBIlabplus's Config's Source section but when we click Set Config it says it can't find the device at the port we specified. Am I missing something?

fixed it, the solution was it did not like COM ports that were in the double digits.

Hi, I have a similar problem, but I can't see the other COMs in the device manager and when I try change the COM number shown the first ports in use. Can u help me please?

Solved, you need uninstall all ports com (including the non-visible) and bluetooth, again install bluetooth , because when you rename the com manually, is non-posible the comunication (in my case)
