Time-sync Neuroscan & EMG data collection

Hello, I am new to BCI2000 and how it works. I am hoping someone could point me in the best direction to start my project. I currently have an experiment set up which is run using Acquire to collect EEG data with a Neuroscan system. The experiment also interacts with an inMotion2 robot sending states via a local internet connection to control when different images appear on the screen. The data between both of these pieces of equipment are currently time synced and saved in separate files.
I would like to add an additional component to this experiment: collect EMG data. I have a few different types of EMG hardware/software I can use to collect the data but I need it synced to the EEG data collected with Neuroscan (via a command from Acquire). So I want to know what methods are available for doing this? Is it possible to program in BCI200 to also have the EMG data stored in separate channels right along with the EEG data? If not, what are different ways to give/receive a sync pulse or other even marker which I could record in my EMG data file, and what are ways to send the signal?
Thanks very much for your direction.
