cannot find the "parms" folder

I used the sourcesafe and webdriver, but I cannot find the "parms" folder in the server. I need the parameters for p300speller experiment. I have read the p300 tutorial and set parameters as it says, but the result is not right.So I think I must make something wrong in setting the parameters.
Could anyone tell me how to find that folder?

Hi,

The parms folder is part of the BCI2000 installation that you get when you start the bci2000setup.exe file that is on the FTP server.
