p3 - speller using only 6 icons

Hi,
I changed the existing P3speller to work for 6 icons in a row. I just flash the columns.
The problem in this transformation is that when the averaged signal on ERP graph shows up, it does not show up for the last 6 columns.
What do I need to do, to fix this problem.

For example in the P3speller I see that when there are last 12 flashes left the average signal start changing on the ERP graph where as after the modification to have only 6 icon on the screen the averaging happens on the 50th flash of 90 flashes for the first target and then later on seem to be averaging around 6th or 30th flash. I suspect because of such a behavior of it, it must be not predicting the letter correctly in my case.

Hi,

I am not 100% sure I understand the problem. Fact is that SignalProcessing sends results after NumERPsToAverage sequences of flashes. Thus, you might need to adapt NumERPsToAverage or also modify the code in the speller that uses the results.
