Hello,
We just managed to set up BCI2000 and now we are working through the user tutorials.
Whenever we view one of the .dat files we produce in the BCI2000Viewer the viewer crashes as soon as we either try to zoom out or try to select one of the states one can select on the right.
Does this happen to other people as well? What could be the issue?
In fact, when we unselect most of the channels and then try one of the tasks it works for a couple of seconds before it crashes.
Our second question is whether there is a window in which one can see the stimulus code throughout running the applications.
Thanks a lot!
Best, Maja

Re: BCI2000Viewer
Hi,
thank you for this valuable bug report. The bug has been fixed in the current SVN version of the source code.
You might update to that latest SVN version, and recompile. Or you download the 3.0.4 release, and use the BCI2000Viewer from there:

Stimulus codes, along with other information, are logged in the Operator module's log window when you start the application module with the --DebugLevel command line option. Switch to starting up BCI2000 from a batch script in case you are using the BCI2000Launcher currently, and add "--DebugLevel=2" (without quotes) at the end of the line that starts the application module. It is important that there is white space before the option, and that there is no white space within the option. Our second question is whether there is a window in which one can see the stimulus code throughout running the applications.

Re: BCI2000Viewer
Thank you for your reply.
We are currently using BCI2000 3.0.5 (version 4230 under SVN). Should we drop down to the previous version?
Best, Maja

Re: BCI2000Viewer
The bug does not affect the remaining components of BCI2000, so you might use version 3.0.5, and replace the viewer with the one from version 3.0.4.
