DataIOFilter ERROR

Hi there,
I followed the instructions at :http://www.bci2000.org/wiki/index.php/U ... al_Session.
We used the NuAmps, and in our first try, the system worked successfully. But when we tried again, the system displayed an error after running normally for one minute.
Here is the error: DataIOFiter::Process: NeuroscanADC::Process: Inconsistent data message block size
I haven't found the question, please tell me what to do...
Thank you!

Hi,

that error message suggests a problem in data transmission, occurring on a low protocol level. If you are transmitting data over a physical network, please ensure proper cabling, and make sure that network cards are seated firmly in their slots. Also, minimize the number of network components involved in the connection, i.e. use a direct cable connection between the computer running Neuroscan Acquire, and the computer running BCI2000, such that no switches, routers, or similar components are sitting in between.

In case Neuroscan Acquire is running on the same machine as BCI2000, you might have a problem with faulty memory. Run some memory test (e.g., from a Linux boot CD) to ensure that your memory is ok.

Juergen

Thank you! In my project, Neuroscan Acquire is running on the same machine as BCI2000. Today I found the reason.
I clicked the Start button keep system running, then I wanted to monitor impedance and set Acquire to impedance mode, this error happened.

Robin
