How to make parameter file for Emotiv?

I have tried to make parameter file for Emotiv.
I set up that manually but I think my configuration is not appropriate since graph I attach shows something weird. (tmp1.png)

The files(tmp2.png and tmp3.png) are my settings.
Please help me know which one is wrong.

Yikes.

That is definitely not expected behavior. Could you send the .prm you created over here somehow? Your settings look correct for the most part.
