We are trying to setup the BCI2000 program with our BrainVision QuickAmp. To this point we have successfully downloaded all necessary files and were able to utilize the automated tutorial run demonstrating the capability/viewing of the P300 task. However, in working thru the tutorial for the P300, problems occur. We are unsure of how to successfully navigate through the "Connect your amplifier" step as our product is not a COM or LPT port device, but rather a USB.
We are given the following 4 options for the P3 Speller:
-P3Speller_gMOBIlab.bat
-P3Speller_gMOBIlabPlus.bat
-P3Speller_gUSBamp.bat
-P3Speller_SignalGenerator.bat
None of which appear to be correct.
Since we did not see the QuickAmp device listed as a possible option from the \batch folder we then tried modifying as suggested by online forums:
*In the batch directory, make a copy of the file P3Speller_SignalGenerator.bat.
*Rename the file to P3Speller_RDAClient.bat.
*Open the file P3Speller_RDAClient.bat with a text editor.
*Replace "SignalGenerator.exe" with "RDAClient.exe".
*Close the editor.
*Double-click P3Speller_RDAClient.bat to start BCI2000 with the RDAClient source module.
When we first tried this, the "RDAClient.exe" was not found. However, we were able to locate and download the RDAClient.exe zipfile from the BrainVision website. After moving this into the \prog folder in BCI2000, the operator module for BCI2000 starts up without errors, but does not allow us to use the "Config", "Set Config" or "Start" functionalities- rendering it useless.
Any ideas as to how to move past this step of selecting our amplifier /is there a protocol that we could follow somewhere to ensure we have everything set up correctly?

Re: Problem configuring BrainVision QuickAmp with BCI2000
Support for the BrainVision amp is through user-provided contributions, which need to be downloaded separately.
http://bci2000.org/downloads/bin/BCI2000Contrib.exe
From this, you will get the executable for the BrainVision source module. Modify an existing batch file to start this executable, and check
http://www.bci2000.org/wiki/index.php/C ... ns:vAmpADC
for configuration.
