Angela,

to further isolate the problem, I would need a few bits of information :

1) Which version of BCI2000 are you using?

2) Do you have any filters enabled in the source tab, or in the signal visualization?

Further, can you please try the latest BCI2000 v3.6 beta, to see whether the issue persists in this version:
