Timer for P300 stimulus illuminations

Hello everybody.

I am trying to develop a custom P300 speller with BCI2000 remote to control a robot. I was wondering what would be the best event timers (in C++) to make the stimulus illuminations for my P300 speller matrix (75ms illumination of a column/line and 100ms no illuminations) . I have been looking some Windows timers but most of them have precisions of about 15 ms which would not be enough.

Any ideas?
