mem mex files different for 64-bit windows and 64 bit mac

Hello,

I am having issues with the latest version of mem in that the current mem.mexw64 and mem.maci64 outputs with the same inputs differ by a factor of 2. I've tried recompiling the mem.maci64 but am having issues. The current error is given as:

mex: ../../../../src/shared/bcistream/BCIException.cpp not a normal file or does not exist.
