Hi,
we don't have resources to do regular tests in non-western language environments.
Quite probably, the problem will be solved when you make sure that there are only Latin (Western) characters present in the path where BCI2000 has been installed.
In case this does not help, you might need to set up a machine with US English as its main system language. You will still be able to use input in other languages within application programs.
