P3Speller: Obtaining a per stimulus score

The ClassifyTargets method in the P3Speller application returns a score for each target. Is there any way of a getting the socre for each stimulus instead?

The input to ClassifyTargets is the per-stimulus score. The purpose of ClassifyTargets is to translate per-stimulus-scores into per-target-scores.
