Hi,

the password email contains a letter table for comparison purposes.
You need to enter all characters of the password exactly as indicated in the password email.
Especially, make sure not to confuse the following characters:

Lowercase L -- Uppercase i -- Digit 1
Uppercase o -- Digit 0

I have downloaded the BCI2000 successfully,thanks.
it mignt be something wrong with my email system,so i just received the mail of BBS password.I have repaired it just now.
