Roundtrip time approaches block duration

Hi, In my project, I use MatlabSignalProcessing, don't add any algorithm and make the output is constant, the system also can appear the problem Warning: DataIOFilter::Process: Roundtrip time approaches block duration(currently 96.39%) . But when I use ARSignalProcessing, the problem would not arise.
We adopt NuAmps amplifier.
