BCI offline analysis tool

hello everyone,

we have recorded the data using BCI2000 software for a P300 session and would like to use the offline analysis tool....
the problem that we are facing is that, although we are able to open the offline analysis tool but when we click on generate plots, the error message we get is as follows " evaluation of target condition 1 in conjunction with the trial change condition resulted in fewer than 3 useable trials. please relax your conditions"....
kindly let us know how to proceed further....
