TDTclient (data acquisition module) binary

I'm trying to use BCI2000 with a TDT Pentusa amplifier for EEG. The documentation includes a section on installing from binary. I have read over the associated contribution page (http://www.bci2000.org/wiki/index.php/C ... ons:TDTADC) and examined all of the files available at its download link, but I don't see an actual executable/binary.

Am I just not finding the correct file, or will it be necessary to go through the process of building the executable from source myself?

The contributed binaries are contained in a separate package.
