the algorithms can not work !!

i use LDA and KNN algorithm respectively to classify the feature of 2-class motor imagery,the algorithms can reach accuracy rate more than 70%,but when i add the algorithm into BCI2000,with matlab files,the cursor of cursor task application can only move to one side,and never change ,i use the data of bci competition 2003.i only modify the program of bci_initialize, bci_process, bci_construct of bci2000 matlab file,is there any other factors i neglect?how to solve this problem, thanks.

You cannot use BCI2000 to test an online algorithm like this. This is because the target codes read from a file cannot determine the target codes present in the system, rather these are chosen by the application module in a pseudo-random manner. In effect, this means that the Normalizer cannot work properly with pre-recorded data, and thus no zero mean adaptation of the control signal can take place. This is the reason why the cursor always moves into one direction in your case.
