How can I creat a new account?

"http://www.bci2000.org/useradmin/adduser" need password,I can not creat a new account. so I can not download anything.

Your institution needs to sign a Material Transfer Agreement in order to use BCI2000. Please contact Gerwin Schalk (schalk@wadsworth.org) for details.
