Hello,
On page 31 of the Implementation guide it states that the calibration filter acts on the channels defined by TransmitCh and TransmitChList, but that SourceChOffset and SourceChGain refer to the full set of software channels in the order they are digitized. However, in the BCI2000 manual on p. 12 and 26 it indicates that the SourceCh parameters correspond to the TransmitCh. So, if I have a TransmitChList of 5, 6, 8 (out of 16 total), would I include 3 gain or offset values in the SourceCh parameters OR would I include 16 values since a value is needed for each digitized channel?
Thanks,
Elizabeth

Re: SourceCh Parameters
Elizabeth,
SourceChGain/Offset need to be defined for all SourceCh channels. The CalibrationFilter then uses the TransmitChList to determine which entries to use.
We used to only have one entry for each channel in the TransmitChList. Please download the most recent version of the BCI2000 manual. If it is still incorrect, please let Dennis McFarland (mcfarlan@wadsworth.org) know that there is an error in the manual.
Thanks,
Gerv
