Hi, Dr. Schalk:
We can do experiment successfully with BCI2000 with all your help. But I am still very confused about the data analysis. I mean using the graphs to analyze the result. I can produce the graphs, but just have no idea how to explain the result with the graph. Do you have any suggestion?
Thank you.

P300
Yueqing,
The main purpose of the analyses is to identify the location and time of the P300 potential, so that you can appropriately configure BCI2000. Another reason is to compare the P300 to those reported in the literature so that you can determine whether your signal looks 'right'. For example, you may see different latencies, e.g., 250-500ms, on the P300, but it should always be more or less centrally focused. I suggest to read some papers on the P300, e.g., Sellers and Donchin, 2006.
