Good afternoon,
I am currently working on a project involving SMRs, thus I am making my way through the "Obtaining Mu Rhythm Parameters in an Initial Session" tutorial from the wiki. The hardware I'm working w/ is the OpenBCI amp, the 8-channel Cyton board.
I had a few questions re: running BCI2000 and this amp:
- Which signal source module is appropriate to use? BCI2000 seems to come w/ OpenBCISource and OpenBCI_Module by default.
- Neither one of these signal source modules comes w/ source filtering; it is my understanding the SourceFilter must be implemented. Is this accurate?
- If the above is accurate, is there a tutorial available that details how to implement it? I followed the "Remarks" here: https://www.bci2000.org/mediawiki/index ... urceFilter and the filtering parameters show up in the configuration, but I'm running into several issues when it comes time to acquire data (Invalid block warnings and wonky-looking signals)
Thank you so much for your time and help!

After some tinkering around, I've managed to resolve my issues. Figured I'd share them for anyone having similar problems:
This does leave me wondering, however. What is the purpose of the OpenBCI_module? How is it different from OpenBCISource given that it did interface w/ the OpenBCI Cyton board, albeit it did output anomalous signals?

An additional question:
- Why is it that the OfflineAnalysis tool presents 9 channels in the features plot when there are only 8 on the Cyton board?
