Using EGI Amp 300

Hi,all,
I am connecting BCI2000 on Dell with EGI Amp 300 (the amp server is on a Mac) using the AmpServerPro from the Contribution.
I made the batch file. Set the parameter and server IP address and everything. and then open the Net station on the Mac computer, run the batch file. It seems connected, but there is no signal coming to the source signal window. and the Cursor task is not responding.
Anyone knows how to solve this?
Thanks a lot!
Ryan

Do you have a hasp with the SDK bit set? If you do, what kind of hasp is it, a new one?

Thanks,

Robert.

Hi, Rober,

Thank you for the reply.
The hasp we have here is HASP HL 3.21.

Sincerely,
Ran

Hi Ran,

I see that you are also being handled directly by EGI support at the moment. It would be helpful if we could finish handling your request at EGI, and I am certain that it will be resolved correctly via that avenue. Otherwise, you are effectively being helped in two places, and that is a waste of resources.

When the issue is resolved, I will post the results to this board so that others can see if I think it was an issue that would be generally useful.

Thank you in advance,

Robert.

Hi all,

did you find solution for your problem after all?
I am dealing with a similar issue but with a Net Station NA400 amplifier.
Do I need another HASP for the pc running BCI2000 (different from the Mac running Net Station Acquisition software)?

Thank you in advance,
Giulia
