Why the file operat.exe is disappeared to make the error?

Why the file operat.exe is disappeared to make the error when TortoiseSVN is used to download?

What Should I do with this problem?

This is the error happen when I download the source code using TortoiseSVN and run the P3Speller_gUSBamp.bat.

When the P3Speller_gUSBamp is double click to run, the error happened, which is shown in figure 2. The error is saying that “windows can’t find operat.exe. Please be sure you have entered the correct name, and try again.”

When I check the prog file, there is no the operat.exe inside.

But when I use TortoiseSVN to download, The SVN said that the files have been downloaded completely. That means no files are missed.

Why the file operat.exe is disappeared to make the error? What Should I do with this problem?

Generally speaking, there are no executables kept in the BCI2000 SVN database. When downloading from SVN, you need to compile BCI2000 yourself. Alternatively, you may download compiled BCI2000 executables from here:
