Cell by cell stimulation

We would like to change the way the stimuli in P3Speller are presenting, in order to stimulate cell by cell the target matrix (e.g. in single element way) instead of the classical row and column stimuli.
Please, could you help us on this aims or to point out where is defined this associations of elements in the BCI2000 code, so we could try to change the code to a cell by cell stimulation mode?.
