Matlab functions

Hi there,
I'm new to bci2000 so please excuse me if I'm going to ask you a quite stupid question.
I'm reading the tutorials to adapt some matlab algoritms to bci2000 with the matlabfilter function.
The point is that there should be 4 scripts that I don't find: bci_StartRun, bci_Resting, bci_Halt and bci_Destruct.
Expecially bci_Resting that should be use to change Parameters. I've tried to navigate through the source code but they are not there either.
Where are these scripts?
