please help n following Questions

1) please help me understanding the Word ERS/ERD , why it come Syncronisation? Is tIs this Synchronisation means w.r.t time or Amplituse in case of Rthyms.

2)when we thinking for right( C4 location) hand movement, their is the Attenuation in signal we see in the left (C3 location ), at the same time what is tha effect on the C4 location? is this part remain Same in Amplitude As before movement or wat type of change occur on this location????
