i have a dataset collected from the EEG machine having Fs=200hz, and amplication of 10000 . How i could the absolute value of EEG data.

i want to see its frequency Domain, with of Amplitude in microvolts, and frequency Axis in normaized Fs/2.

please, help me How could i show this in Matlab ????

These types of analyses are very easy in Matlab. Please consult the Matlab help. You may start with the fft or psd functions.
