BCI 2000 Error

Hello,
Upon trying to launch BCI2000 I encounter the following error message "Unhandled Win32 exception 0xc0000005: ACCESS_VIOLATION Terminating Operator module." Signal source: gUSBAmp, Signal Processing: DummySignalProcessing, Application: StimulusPresentation. Does anyone have any ideas on how to go abut resolving this problem? I ran system and memory diagnostics and everything in the computer is fine. I appreciate the help.
