How to get BCI2000 Launcher

After i get the BCI.sln, how can i get the BCI2000 launcher?
I have tried to open .sln in vs2010 and builded the solution. However, NewBCI2000Module, NewBCI2000Filter and NewBCI2000FilterTool appear other than BCI2000 launcher. How can i fix this problem?
Any help would be appreciated
