Spatio-Temporel feature extraction

hi;
how can I extract Spatio-temporel feature in order to create my feature vectors!?
the feature vectors contain Rsquare values with Target and Non Target segments or something else! because I plot a Target /NonTaget topography at 300ms using Rsquare but I didn't know how can I use this information in order to get my feature vectors.
