P300 benchmark dataset

I've done some google searches, and the most recent freely available P300 dataset I've found is the BCI competition III dataset II, but last paper published about it is dated 2008.
I wonder if research is no more interested in improving P300 classification. Is there any new p300 benchmark dataset?
