I am currently using Offline Analysis to analyze SMR data. We were wondering what algorithm is used in offline analysis (i.e. Burg, FFT, etc.) and could not find the answer on the Wiki.

I'm sorry I missed this question.

It uses a custom spectral estimation, available in BCI2000\tools\mex\mem.m
But this is very similar to arburg.
