Hi everyone

I am using SWLDA 'stepwisefit' MATLAB function for P300 datasets.

1- Can anyone tell me the method to select suitable values for the SWLDA input parameters i.e. alpha to enter/ alpha to remove ??? Should I need to check manually every time to select the best input values for alpha to enter/ alpha to remove ??

You could optimize it for your particular dataset, or you could simply use the 'default' values used in the original P300 classification paper that the P300 classifier is based on.
Those values are p_enter = 0.1 and p_remove = 0.15
