Hello everyone I wanted to get some information on removing artifacts? at the time bci2000 which is the component that has this purpose? already exists some algorithm for bci2000 for the removal of these artifacts?

if you can not do it online there is some implementation offline??

There are several ways to deal with artifacts. You can use simple threshold/frequency based algorithms that can be implemented in real time fairly easily. You can do more complicated processing like Independent Component Analysis (ICA) offline. The EEGLAB matlab toolbox provides useful tools to do this. You can check it out. Hope that helps.
