why i can not download the BCI2000

i have the username and the password and i can get across the downloadpage but the speed of the download task is 0bit/s.who can teach me~~~
Hi,
problems with download speed may occur while the server is doing its daily backup/SVN snapshot, which normally takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
If the problem does not go away by itself, please let us know.
