Did you try to use a different COM port? I.e., set the MOBIlab to a different COM port, and then configure BCI2000 for that port? I remember that there was some issue with high COM ports.

Also, are you using a serial connection or Bluetooth?

If you use Bluetooth, there are finicky issues with built-in Bluetooth stack vs. the Bluetooth stack provided by g.tec. Thus, if you use Bluetooth, you may try serial first.

Hello I am new to the Board and the BCI2000 software. I also encountered similar problem while using the g.MOBIlabPlus with BCI2000 for P3Speller.
"Could not connect to device at COM port COM10."

I tried changing the COM port to 1 and 2, and still doesn't work. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thank you.

Hi,

this is not a BCI2000 issue. Please use your gMOBIlabPlus manual in order to learn about associating a device with a certain COM port. Then, make sure that you can read data from that device using g.tec's demo/test software. If that succeeds, exit from the g.tec software, and use the same COM port for BCI2000 configuration.
