P300 speller newbie

Hi,
I want to design a P300 speller as a part of my final year project. I am working on the EEG amplifier-filter for signal acquisition. Also i came across various software tools for signal processing such as BCI2000, OpenVibe, and g.BCIsys. However i have no clue as to which of these is the best in terms of accessibility, ease of use, and also how to use any of these to the fullest. Please share any knowledge you have regarding the same.
