I have done the P300 experiment successfully ,but i want to know the theory of P300 classfier . when i have got the data , what is the next step , show me the details in Source Code ,please . Thank you very much

I'm not sure whether I understand your question.
Please make sure that you followed the tutorial at

Once you have successfully finished that, you should have a working P300 speller BCI, with no further step required.

It may also be of interest that the SWLDA classifier training method is available in Matlab's stats toolbox. There, it is called stepwisefit:
