I'm not too familiar with Biosemi amplifiers but I recall there were issues with voltage offsets which carry no information. You might consider using the SourceFilter:Highpass option on the Source tab, which will remove those voltage offsets from the recorded data, rather than just from the display.

Re: BCI2000 with Biosemi ADC on windows 7 64 bit
OK. Thanks.
For the record, the original problem was not caused by the 64 bit USB driver. The problem was the USB port which I discovered today. Some sort of loose connection / short. Removing or even inserting the usb plug on the computer side often causes windows to abruptly reboot. This seems to be a problem that others have also experienced. Not sure if it has to do with the cable / motherboard or computer case. So one thing to check is whether the usb port is functioning. Inserting or removing the USB should not cause the system to crash.
By a fluke it did not happen the first time that I installed the 64 bit USB driver. Today, I had the same "Could not connect" error. I found that the USB driver was absent from the device manager. I fiddled with the USB plug to ensure that it was connected and - Poof - the system passed out. Reconnecting to another port on the front of the case resolved the issue.
