What is P3signalProcessing exactly

Hi all,
I'm new in bci2000. Recently I need to use P3signalProcessing in my project as Signal Processing part in bci2000launcher.exe. I had search all the information of it , it's said to be used to classify the P300 signal. But we already had P300Classifier , why we still need P3signalProcessing.
Can you give me a detailed explanation of what it is and the different of it from P300Classifier
