Step by Step guideline to install BCI2000 and to use it

Hi,

I am a new user to BCI2000 so far i have been able to download the BCI2000. But I do not know what else to install because when I went through the guidelines in "Getting started with BCI2000", there was BCI2000 Binaries, BCI2000 Tour and BCI2000 Source Code, so do I need to install all these in order for the BCI2000 to run properly?
I aim at developing an experimental protocol for Motor Imagery Mu rhythm for synchronous BCI.

Please help me...
