Modular EEG missing exe

Post by bogdan_teo » 03 Mar 2011, 01:28

Hello
I don't know if it is the right place to ask for but I really need it.
In the last contributors download the ModularEEG.exe source module is not to be found. On the BCI2000 downloads there are some documents related (some source code, and some instructions referring to ModularEEG.exe.
Please give me some directions where to find the application.
Thank you.

Thanks for pointing this out, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Since our regular support-and-maintenance guru is on vacation, I can offer only a temporary solution rather than fixing the downloadable contrib bundle itself. Here:
http://bci2000.org/downloads/BCPy2000/dist/tmp/
are two pre-compiled binaries: one from the old (version 2) package, and one newly built with the version 3 framework. Either should be compatible with the version-3 build you downloaded: just drop them in the prog/ subdirectory.

Without the corresponding hardware, I'm unable to test the module here. Right now it seems to support up to 6 channels (the code will deliver 6 channels even if there are 4 or 2, so SourceCh should always be 6) and insists on a sampling rate of 256Hz. If you need it to support anything different from that, I have today updated the source code so that it compiles in BCI2000 version 3, and is included in the build system:

If you don't already have the source code, you can get it as described here:
http://www.bci2000.org/wiki/index.php/P ... ient_Setup
If you already have the source, make sure you tell svn to update it. Then, run cmake and build as described here:
http://www.bci2000.org/wiki/index.php/P ... ild_System
